I'm finally back from my trip to Thailande and Cambodia (+ one day in Istanbul), still amazed by everything I discovered.
As some of you kindly asked about this month, here is a little summary of my trip.
I spent the first days in Bangkok, quite an amazing capital, but very crowded, with a lot of infrastructures in the air (roads, skytrains...) and not so much view on the blue sky, which is kind of desarming... Anyway, I enjoyed a lot discovering the first temples, with a Bouddha of 35m long, and the big markets of food, clothes, animals and souvenirs...

We left then to go to a little island in the south of the golf, Koh Chang, in a village of fishermen in the sea. Wonderful view, great sceneries, and great fun with the elephants and monkeys!

We travelled then to cambodia and discovered Angkor, such a magical and powerful place with all its temples. We even had the chance to meet one of the guy responsible of rebuilding one of them who proposed to guide us for a day. What a great visit we had. We also travelled over the little village in bike, discovering a very nice population.

We returned to the North of thailand to celebrate the New Year. The tradition is a Water festival, everybody on the street play with water and talc, and you have to fight with waterguns. So much fun with some of the families out there...

We did a trek in the jungle in a National park of Kao Yai, to discover wild elephants, snakes, scorpions and more and more monkeys.... as well as very annoying leech!

At the end of these 2 weeks, we came back to Bangkok to meet thai students to work with them on architectural project. The site of work was an island, Koh Sichang, we spent a few days there, working in front of the sea and swimming with our teachers! And we came back for a final presentation of our work in the University of Architecture...

We enjoyed our 2 or 3 days left in the capital to discover the canals of the city, more markets and temples.

And we finally flew back, with a little stop of a day in Istanbul, that I really want to discover more! Such a wonderful city from what I saw!

That's it for my month far from the internet and DA.
I'd like to thank all the people who faved, watched, commented my work during my absence, and mostly those of you who thought of my birthday!
Now, back to work and drawing (i hope) for many more projects to come!
